Projet résidentiel à Basel

This project presents a new residential building designed to cater to larger families and communal living arrangements. With a total of 21 rental apartments, the configuration includes units with 3.5, 4.5, 5.5, and 6.5 rooms, as well as a few studio apartments. The architectural layout features five stories, each with outdoor balcony spaces, enriching the living experience and providing amenities for residents.

The apartments are situated to offer views towards an internal courtyard and the adjacent Erlenpark, fostering a sense of community with easily accessible common areas. The building is designed with two entrances featuring ramps to ensure accessibility throughout, effectively serving both individuals and families. Shared facilities include bicycle storage for 26 bicycles and designated stroller rooms, supporting families with young children.

Unique aspects of the project include communal spaces aimed at encouraging neighborly interactions, such as a shared laundry facility equipped with washing machines and drying areas. This design highlights the importance of community ties while still accommodating individual privacy within the residential units. Overall, the project is geared towards fostering a community-focused residential atmosphere suitable for diverse households.
