This project features a new wooden residential building comprising a total of 21 rental apartments tailored for families and multi-person households. The layout includes a range of units, including apartments with 3.5, 4.5, 5.5, and 6.5 rooms, in addition to smaller studio apartments. The building is designed in five stories with a courtyard-facing orientation and has multiple entrances that are barrier-free, allowing ease of access throughout the property. The distribution of space prioritizes the number of rooms over expansive areas, thus providing residents with sufficient bedrooms and personal space.

Some notable features of the building include community spaces designed for interaction among residents, such as a common laundry area with multiple washing machines and designated children's areas for strollers. Besides the apartments, there are additional storage options in the form of bicycle parking and cellar spaces available for residents. Each tenant has the privilege of accessing communal rooms to foster a sense of community living.

The architectural design emphasizes the use of wood as a primary construction material, ensuring a warm aesthetic. The external facade is clad in wooden shingles, while the visible wooden structures inside contribute significantly to the ambiance. Proposed amenities also encompass specialized features to enhance living conditions, including spacious balconies and areas for potential adaptations to suit changing needs, such as additional studios.
