«Canta» is a residential complex consisting of two adjacent multifamily houses. The project features a total of 15 rental apartments, designed with an emphasis on modern living and spacious layouts. Each building boasts a distinctive cubic shape and a striking facade made of Alucabond, which reflects light in varying shades from dark to golden hues. The layout includes generous balconies and terraces, providing outdoor living spaces for residents.

The apartment offerings range from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms, with floor areas between 97 and 174 square meters. Each unit is equipped with two bathrooms and expansive outdoor areas. The interior design is characterized by large format porcelain stoneware tiles that create a cohesive aesthetic throughout the living spaces, extending into the bathrooms. High-quality Swiss kitchens from Wolfhausen, featuring granite countertops, induction cooktops, and V-Zug ovens, form the centerpiece of each apartment.

The complex includes essential amenities such as a large basement with 30 parking spaces for cars and 4 for motorcycles, as well as a bicycle storage room. Additionally, each apartment has its own cellar space complete with a washing machine and dryer. The design prioritizes accessibility, with a lift providing easy access to all levels of the building, ensuring that all residents can enjoy the facilities without barriers.
