This project consists of two adjacent multi-family homes designed as distinct cuboidal structures. The development comprises a total of 15 rental apartments, ranging from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms and with floor areas between 97 and 174 square meters. Each apartment features two bathrooms and generous outdoor areas, along with spacious designs enhanced by large balconies and terraces. The distinctive facade made of Alucabond material showcases various shades from dark to golden hues and is accented by protruding balconies and dark metal elements.

The high standard of the apartments includes white window frames and floor-to-ceiling room doors that contribute to an open and bright living environment. Each unit is equipped with Swiss quality kitchens featuring granite countertops, induction cooktops, and ovens from V-Zug. Additional facilities in the basement include parking spaces for vehicles and motorcycles, a bicycle storage room, and individual cellars equipped with washing machines. Access to all floors is available via a lift, accommodating barrier-free movement throughout the buildings.
