These terms explain how Huusli works, how paid access is billed, and what you can expect when using the platform.
Huusli is an information platform for discovering and tracking new-build real estate projects in Switzerland. Huusli is not a real estate broker, developer, agent, or seller. We do not represent a project owner and we are not a party to any reservation, sale, rental, or financing transaction.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details confidential. You may only use Huusli if you are legally allowed to enter into binding agreements. We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms.
Paid plans, durations, and prices are shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are shown in CHF. A paid contract is formed when checkout is completed and the order or subscription is confirmed electronically. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If you cancel a recurring subscription, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. One-time purchases do not renew automatically. Payments are processed by our checkout provider. Because Huusli offers a free trial so you can evaluate the service before purchase, paid plans are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise. If we change subscription pricing, the new price applies no earlier than the next billing period after we give notice.
You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass access restrictions, or use Huusli for unlawful purposes. Automated scraping, bulk extraction, credential abuse, and similar data harvesting are not allowed unless we have given written permission.
The Huusli website, branding, design, and original platform content remain our property or the property of our licensors. You may use the service for your own internal and personal research, but you may not copy, republish, resell, or redistribute substantial parts of the service without permission.

Where we rely on service providers such as payment, hosting, analytics, or login providers, their processing forms part of the service operation. Cross-border processing details are described in the Privacy Policy.
We work to keep Huusli available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every project record is complete, current, or error-free. We may update features, pricing, or plan details over time. Material changes to these terms are reflected by updating the date on this page.
Project data on Huusli may come from public sources, developers, agencies, or automated discovery systems. Information can change quickly and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You should verify prices, availability, plans, specifications, and legal details directly with the relevant project provider before making decisions.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Huusli is not liable for indirect, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from use of the platform. For direct losses connected to a paid plan, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that plan during the 12 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using Huusli at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, security risk, non-payment, unlawful use, or a breach of these terms. Clauses that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect.
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, any mandatory statutory rights regarding venue remain unaffected. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes relating to these terms or the use of Huusli shall be handled by the competent courts in Switzerland.
