This project is a residential complex consisting of multiple buildings designed for ownership. There are a total of 12 apartments distributed across four buildings labeled A, B, C, and D. The layout includes spacious apartments with open floor plans suitable for various living arrangements.

Each building hosts three stories, with apartments divided into 3.5 or 4.5-room configurations. The first level of each building is accessible and includes units with outdoor patios. The complex also offers additional spaces such as hobby rooms and cellar storage areas. The inclusion of underground parking is provided to accommodate residents’ vehicles, alongside secure bicycle storage facilities. The complex further integrates landscaped common areas, contributing to the overall livability of the environment.

Unique features of the project include the provision of spacious patios and balconies that enhance outdoor living. The entire complex consists exclusively of owned units, ensuring a community atmosphere among residents.
