The building includes shared facilities such as an underground parking garage, providing dedicated parking spaces for residents.

The residential units feature high ceiling heights and generous window designs, which allow ample natural light to enter, enhancing the living experience. Each apartment includes access to private outdoor spaces, including balconies and terraces ranging from 24 m² to 79.1 m².
