The project consists of 20 rental apartments and multiple row houses, each with three stories, private gardens, and individual addresses. The layout includes shared outdoor spaces and common facilities for community living, along with paths and gardens designed for recreation. Each unit features well-insulated structures and kitchens equipped with built-in appliances, while the bathrooms include water-efficient fixtures and quality ceramic tiles.
