This project consists of three multi-family homes with a total of 14 ownership apartments, designed to be barrier-free. Each unit includes private outdoor areas and generous common spaces, with additional amenities such as hobby rooms. The construction emphasizes energy conservation and sound insulation, ensuring comfort for residents.
