This project consists of three independent chalet-style village houses, each featuring 5.5 rooms and floor areas ranging from 142 to 185 square meters. Each house includes a private garden, a teak terrace, a cellar area, and two outdoor parking spaces with charging stations. The design incorporates vertical wood paneling, open layouts for enhanced natural light, and complies with Minergie building standards.
