Bex

This project consists of three independent chalet-style village houses, each featuring 5.5 rooms and floor areas ranging from 142 to 185 square meters. Each house includes a private garden, a teak terrace, a cellar area, and two outdoor parking spaces with charging stations. The design incorporates vertical wood paneling, open layouts for enhanced natural light, and complies with Minergie building standards.

Residential complex with 26 ownership apartments located in two buildings along Chemin de Montaillet. Each apartment includes an outdoor space with panoramic mountain views, underground parking facilities, and is designed to accommodate various living requirements with flexible layouts. The development features practical kitchens and well-planned bathrooms, emphasizing functionality in design.
