Stadtnest

The project consists of a residential complex featuring 22 rental apartments spread across three buildings. The apartments include configurations ranging from 1.5 to 4.5 rooms, with living spaces varying from 30 m² to 89 m². The development incorporates eight indoor parking spaces and seven outdoor parking spaces, in addition to approximately 550 m² of office and commercial space. Each building has been renovated to preserve its concrete aesthetic while enhancing functional living areas and opening up a previously enclosed courtyard.

Unique features include the transformation of an existing office block into four maisonette apartments. The renovations include energy-efficient improvements while maintaining the building's distinct architectural characteristics. Additionally, the design facilitates a communal courtyard area intended to enrich the local neighborhood, promoting social interaction among residents.
