Villas Le Reposoir

«Villas Le Reposoir» consists of two individual villas designed for residential use, each built on approximately 1,300 m2 of land. The project emphasizes a cohesive architectural style while allowing for unique features in each villa, such as their distinct orientations and layouts. Both villas are structured across three levels, which include two above-ground levels and a basement, each providing ample living space ideal for families.

Each villa features over 400 m2 of gross floor area. The design includes a central core that organizes the layout, incorporating spaces such as a double-height living room, a dining area, and a kitchen that opens to a covered terrace. The exterior facade is made of brick, contributing to the overall aesthetic of elegance and integration with the surrounding environment. Each unit contains a garage for two vehicles and private garden space.

The project meets High Energy Performance standards, with heating and hot water supplied by a heat pump and enhanced by a green roof with photovoltaic panels. Thermal insulation complies with current legal requirements, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate and energy efficiency throughout the year.
