Villas Le Reposoir

«Villas Le Reposoir» consists of two high-standard villas designed by the Atelier d’Architecture Jacques Bugna SA. The project aims to maintain a certain homogeneity while allowing each villa to exhibit its own unique characteristics in terms of layout and exposure.

The architectural design features a noble and mineral appearance with a brick façade that integrates seamlessly into the surrounding residential area. Each villa is organized into three distinct volumes that create separate spaces for the entrance, a covered terrace, and a living room with double height ceilings. Large bay windows enhance the sense of space and light throughout the interiors.

The villas are situated on spacious plots, both over 1,300 m², and include a garage as well as a private access path. The design emphasizes a high-quality living environment, aligning with modern energy performance standards, including geothermal heating and a photovoltaic roof system. The villas are ideal for families, offering a calm and serene atmosphere in a residential neighborhood.
