Zweiklang

«Zweiklang» consists of two buildings that integrate modern and historical design elements. The project features a total of seven residential units, ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms. The existing building has been thoroughly renovated to meet contemporary standards while retaining its historical characteristics, providing equal comfort as the newly constructed units.

The layout includes an open, covered staircase that serves as a connection between the old and new sections of the complex, promoting transparency and ease of movement. Each apartment offers access to shared outdoor spaces, including a communal area with a pergola, pathways, and a playground. Additionally, every unit is provided with a raised bed for personal gardening, and the upper apartments feature private gardens and a French balcony.

Special amenities include underground parking with 16 parking spaces and storage options, enhancing convenience for residents.
