The project consists of eight rental apartments, including seven three-and-a-half-room units and one four-and-a-half-room unit, across a two-floor residential complex. Each apartment features balcony space, floor-to-ceiling windows, centralized ventilation with cooling, and is equipped with modern kitchens and bathrooms. Electric parking spaces are also available for the tenants.
