This project consists of 13 condominiums and two single-family homes, featuring a total of 15 ownership units spread across three multifamily buildings. The residential units vary in size, offering configurations from 2.0 to 4.5 rooms, with additional amenities including balconies, terraces, and hobby rooms. Located near a stream, the design incorporates practical indoor spaces and efficient kitchen and bathroom installations.
