The project comprises five residential buildings with a total of 90 residential units designed in various layouts, as well as commercial spaces and a restaurant within a historic freight building. Notably, communal amenities such as bicycle parking facilities, a courtyard, and hobby rooms are integrated into the design, which also meets Minergie® standards. The buildings feature energy-efficient heating systems, high-performance insulation, and a spacious underground parking garage.
