This project involves the construction of three villas, with two situated in a renovated historic building and one as a new construction designed to fit the village context. Each villa offers two outdoor parking spaces per unit and features flexible layouts designed for cross-ventilation to enhance natural light. The project is certified HPE, utilizing geothermal probes and photovoltaic panels to ensure energy performance.
