This project consists of seven detached single-family homes, each offering a floor area ranging from 222 to 235 square meters across multiple levels. The homes include outdoor living spaces, such as terraces, and utilize vehicle lifts for underground parking to maintain unobstructed above-ground areas. Each unit features spacious layouts designed for flexible use, premium kitchen and bathroom amenities, and soundproofing insulation.
