The project consists of ten individually designed single-family homes, each with three levels and situated on separate plots. Each residence includes a private garden area and double garages, with customization options available in fixtures and finishes. The homes incorporate effective insulation, diverse flooring choices, and well-equipped kitchen and bathroom layouts.
