This project consists of six duplex homes, each featuring 5.5 rooms and offering a floor area ranging from 199 to 207.4 square meters across three floors. Each unit includes patios, balconies, and cellars, in addition to designated outdoor parking for two vehicles. The residences emphasize natural light with large windows and provide flexible room layouts suitable for various household configurations.
