Residential project in Linthal

This project consists of four row houses located at the foot of Tödi. Each house features a private garden and offers a range of layouts with 5½ to 8½ rooms and floor areas ranging from 192 to 268 m². The buildings include cellars and carports for two vehicles, ensuring ample storage and parking space for residents. All units are designed for first occupancy, with a focus on practical living spaces suitable for families.

The construction adheres to Minergie standards, utilizing Swiss wood where possible. Each house is equipped with a photovoltaic system covering a significant portion of the roof area. Additional features include underfloor heating in all living areas, and kitchens with a budget of CHF 26,000, incorporating Kunstharz furniture and granite countertops. The design includes covered patios and a mix of new builds and a renovated existing structure, contributing to a diverse living environment.
