Architectural Vision

Steinmann Real Estate

The project consists of three multi-family buildings featuring a total of 18 ownership apartments. The buildings are designed to provide views of the Alpstein mountain range. Each apartment varies in size and layout, catering to different living needs. Common facilities include a basement with storage options, a parking garage, and outdoor spaces such as loggias and landscaped gardens.

The unique features of the apartments include energy-efficient geothermal heating, a passenger elevator, underfloor heating, and high-quality finishes throughout. Each unit is equipped with modern kitchen appliances from Electrolux, as well as in-unit laundry facilities. The architectural design reflects traditional Swiss farmhouse styles, integrating the buildings harmoniously into the surrounding landscape and enhancing the overall living experience.
