Residential project in Wettswill

This project consists of a multi-family residential building located on a southwest slope, featuring four distinct residential units designed for various living phases. The building is terraced to follow the natural incline of the terrain, with the living areas seamlessly transitioning into dining and kitchen spaces that extend to private terraces. These outdoor areas, designed with pergola-like greenery, offer views of the surrounding landscape and the Alps.

Constructed with solid materials, the building presents a hybrid facade on the valley side, characterized by floor-to-ceiling windows with red fabric awnings and ventilated sections made of wave eternit. The interior showcases a clear structural logic with white-lacquered plywood cladding, exposed concrete ceilings, and plastered brick wall panels, contributing to a sense of coziness within the apartments. The total floor area of the building is 898 m², with a volume of 2798 m³.
