Residential project in Bassersdorf

This project consists of two rows of townhouses oriented towards the sun, featuring a total of eight residential units. The layout includes four ownership houses in the front row and four rental units in the back row. Each townhouse offers three living levels with spacious living and sleeping areas, complemented by an underground level that includes private cellar rooms, a laundry room, a hobby room, and access to the underground parking garage, which provides two designated parking spaces per unit. Additional amenities include bicycle storage and a communal greenhouse for gardening and social gatherings.

Architectural elements reflect a Nordic-inspired clarity, with well-placed openings and private outdoor pergola areas. The interior design incorporates varying room heights, split levels, and sculptural staircases, highlighting a unique blend of raw materials such as anhydrite, exposed concrete, wood, and glass throughout the living spaces.
