Residential project in Bassersdorf

This project consists of a residential complex featuring two rows of buildings oriented towards the sun. The front row includes four owner-occupied houses, while the back row comprises four rental homes. The architecture incorporates elements inspired by Nordic design, characterized by carefully placed openings and private pergola outdoor areas. The interior features various ceiling heights, split levels, sculptural staircases, and a combination of materials such as anhydrite, exposed concrete, wood, and glass, contributing to a distinctive living experience.

Each of the three residential floors offers spacious living and sleeping areas, complemented by a directly connected basement that includes a cellar, laundry room, hobby room, and access to the underground garage. Each house is allocated two parking spaces, along with bicycle parking facilities. Additionally, there is a communal greenhouse available for year-round gardening and social gatherings.
