Residential project in Aarau

This project consists of a multi-family residential building featuring five apartments constructed using wood-hybrid technology. The building comprises two volumes, each designed to integrate with the surrounding hillside landscape. The exterior includes a high-quality wood facade complemented by exposed concrete elements. The apartments offer spacious layouts with generous loggias, private gardens, or nature-oriented terraces, and access to a communal hobby room and a designated barbecue area in the adjacent forest.

All units are accessible via an internal elevator and an external staircase. The project emphasizes sustainable construction methods, utilizing prefabricated wood components for walls and floor slabs, with in-situ concrete used only where necessary for structural integrity and waterproofing. This approach results in a high proportion of wood, reduced emissions, and shorter assembly times.
