Residential project in Killwangen

This project consists of a multi-family housing development featuring three angular buildings designed to integrate with the local topography. The buildings comprise a total of 87 residential units, providing various apartment configurations including 17 two-and-a-half-bedroom units, 34 three-and-a-half-bedroom units, 35 four-and-a-half-bedroom units, and one five-and-a-half-bedroom unit. The layout respects the existing architectural scale and offers differentiated volumetric design for a village-like character.

Additional features of the project include dedicated parking spaces for residents, common areas for community use, bicycle parking, and landscaped green areas around the buildings. The project also involves the renovation and preservation of the historic restaurant on-site, with plans to unveil the original structure, enhancing the neighborhood's appeal.
