Residential project in Killwangen

The project consists of three multi-family buildings with a total of 87 residential units. These structures are designed as volumetrically differentiated corner buildings that adapt to the topographical conditions of the site. The layout aims to integrate with the existing development along the nearby road, while also reflecting the character of a village through the varying sizes of the upper volumes. The site will also see the demolition of extensions to the existing restaurant to reveal the protected part of the building, marking the entrance to the new neighborhood.

The residential units include a mix of apartment types: 17 two-and-a-half-room apartments, 34 three-and-a-half-room apartments, 35 four-and-a-half-room apartments, and 1 five-and-a-half-room apartment. Common facilities are likely to include designated parking spaces, green areas, and potentially storage options. The project is guided by a development plan that defines the spatial organization of the area, ensuring a cohesive integration with the surrounding environment.
