The project consists of two distinct building structures located within the historic core of Lenzburg. One structure is a city villa featuring four 4.5-room apartments, while the other is a longitudinal building that includes seven 4.5-room maisonette apartments and one 5.5-room maisonette apartment. A communal courtyard is situated between the two buildings, and the existing row of trees along the street is preserved as part of the outdoor concept. Access and parking are provided via a shared underground garage.
The architectural design references the historical structures of the old town and presents them in a contemporary architectural language. The layout of the buildings allows for a variety of living options, catering to different residential needs. The project integrates significant outdoor elements to enhance the living environment while maintaining a connection to the historical context of the area.
