Residential project in Lenzburg

This multi-family housing project consists of two distinct structures located within the historical ring zone of the municipality. One building is a villa containing four 4.5-room apartments, while the second structure is set back from the street and features seven 4.5-room maisonette apartments and one 5.5-room maisonette apartment. A shared courtyard area will be developed between the two buildings, and existing trees along the street will be preserved and integrated into the outdoor design concept.
Access to the buildings is facilitated through a common underground garage that provides parking for residents. The design references the historical architecture of the old town, adapting it into a modern architectural language that complements the surrounding area.
