The architectural design incorporates energy-efficient construction in accordance with Minergie standards. Each unit consists of three residential floors and features private gardens and flexible, open floor plans. Parking solutions include private parking for residents' vehicles and bicycles, as well as access to the communal areas, which further enhance the livability and functionality of the residences.
