Residential project in Aïre

Unique features of the villas include large roof terraces and spacious balconies that extend living areas outdoors. The design incorporates semi-basement levels that create open spaces with southern exposure, facilitating a connection with the environment. The project also emphasizes accessibility to common areas and pedestrian access to the nearby Rhône river, promoting a harmonious blend of residential living and natural surroundings.
