Residential project in Schaffhausen

This project consists of residential buildings constructed using timber, featuring a total of 32 apartments suitable for individuals, couples, and families. The complex includes 17 parking spaces equipped with basic installations for electric mobility and large bicycle storage rooms. A spacious communal garden is situated between the buildings, and access to the apartments is provided via covered walkways, fostering opportunities for interaction and relaxation.

The apartments are organized around a central living/dining/kitchen area, which allows for dual orientation towards the morning sun on the walkways and the evening sun on the loggias. The entry areas have separate cloakrooms, and the sleeping quarters are generously sized. The design includes private areas within the apartments by assigning bathrooms to the respective bedrooms, enhancing the living experience.
