This project consists of two buildings with a total of 12 rental apartments and 3 ownership units. The apartments are designed with flexible floor plans and feature private outdoor areas, enhancing the living space. The ground floor apartments are primarily oriented towards the lake and southern side, while upper floors offer views in various directions.
