Residential project in Grand-Lancy

This project consists of three contemporary row houses located in Grand-Lancy. Each house features 4.5 rooms and includes a private garden, with sizes ranging from 92 m² to 278 m², and terrace areas between 14 m² and 15 m². The layout comprises four levels, including a basement with utility rooms and living spaces that open onto the gardens. The units are designed with a focus on energy efficiency, adhering to high-performance energy standards.

The architectural design includes three aligned volumes with clear lines and pastel-colored mineral plaster façades. Each house is equipped with triple-glazed windows for thermal comfort and features a southern exposure to maximize natural light. Additional amenities include individual covered parking spaces and a communal bicycle parking area, enhancing the functionality of the residences.
