Residential project in Eschikofen

This project consists of three multifamily buildings constructed using timber, offering a total of 27 residential units designed for individuals, couples, and families. The layout includes a variety of apartment types ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms, catering to different residential needs. Each apartment features a central living, dining, and kitchen area that provides an open concept conducive to social interaction. There is ample natural light from large windows which also extends visual access to the outdoor spaces.

The buildings emphasize sustainability in construction, focusing on CO₂-neutral practices. Additional key features include a parking garage and outdoor parking spaces for residents. The layout within the buildings includes functional bathrooms and storage areas at the entrances, alongside quiet sleeping quarters designed for privacy and comfort.
