Residential project in Grand-Lancy

This project consists of the construction of four architecturally designed villas, each featuring a private garden and parking spaces. The villas have usable areas ranging from 235 m² to 244 m², distributed over three levels: basement, ground floor, and upper floor. Each villa includes a spacious entrance hall, a visitor's toilet, a cellar, and an open kitchen that connects to a dining area and a living room, which opens onto a terrace and garden through large sliding glass doors.

The upper floor contains three bedrooms, including a master suite with a dressing area and an en-suite bathroom, along with an additional shower room. The basement features a large playroom, a shower room, a cellar, and a technical room. Each villa is equipped with two parking spaces, one covered and one outdoor, as well as access to a communal garden of approximately 540 m². A shared shelter is located beneath the parking area.
