The project consists of three buildings containing a total of 14 apartments with varying sizes and configurations. Each apartment features generous outdoor spaces in the form of balconies or terraces. The buildings are arranged to take advantage of natural light and views, optimizing the living environment for residents. Additional amenities include a communal garden and dedicated parking spaces in an underground garage.

The apartment types range from 3.5-room to 4.5-room configurations, with specific layouts designed for efficient use of space. The buildings incorporate private garden areas for ground-level apartments, enhancing outdoor living options. The design integrates eco-friendly elements such as a photovoltaic system and the use of natural materials for construction, ensuring a sustainable approach to the living spaces.
