Parking is provided in a basement garage, along with additional space allocated for bicycle parking and hobby rooms as part of the designed common areas.
The project is characterized by its careful integration into the surrounding residential area, enhancing community living. A landscaped garden area, along with a playground, is available for the residents. Each of the buildings is oriented to maximize views and natural light, with private garden spaces included for ground floor apartments. Environmental considerations include the installation of photovoltaic panels and the use of durable materials for the facade.
