TerraMONDO

This project consists of a residential complex with three buildings featuring a total of 17 apartments available for rent. The building layout includes ground floor units with garden areas and upper floor units with balconies or terraces. Main features include energy-efficient construction methods and the integration of renewable energy sources, utilizing photovoltaic systems and ground heat pumps. Each apartment is designed with large window surfaces that promote natural lighting and connection to the surrounding green spaces, complemented by ample outdoor areas comprising private gardens and terraces.

The construction emphasizes ecological sustainability, using materials such as wood, aluminum, and copper. Each unit's floor area varies, with configurations including 3.5-room and 4.5-room apartments, providing options for diverse living needs. The buildings, designed to meet Minergie standards, include a range of modern living spaces with well-planned layouts and connections to outdoor environments, ensuring a quality living experience in harmony with nature.
