The building is constructed using solid materials, with concrete ceilings and walls made of concrete, brick, or lime-sandstone. The apartments feature an efficient heating system powered by an air-to-air heat pump, with heat distributed via low-temperature underfloor heating. Each unit's temperature can be individually regulated using electric room thermostats.
