Residential project in Sigriswil

The project consists of four architecturally designed semi-detached houses and one building with three apartments, all situated in a prominent location with expansive views of Lake Thun and the surrounding Bernese Alps. The buildings reflect traditional architectural styles, resembling local farmhouses with a solid base, wooden cladding, and sloped roofs featuring significant overhangs. Each house is structured to provide private outdoor spaces, enhancing the living experience while ensuring visual privacy through refined wooden structures.

There are a total of 11 individual residential units within the complex, including both semi-detached houses and apartments. Each dwelling benefits from designated outdoor areas, some equipped with terraces. The design includes common outdoor spaces and recently planted vine stocks in the surroundings. The landscape design incorporates natural elements to blend with the terrain while offering recreational areas for residents.
