The project consists of a residential building featuring 14 rental apartments, ranging from 1.5 to 3.5 rooms. Each apartment is designed with an open floor plan and includes high-quality materials, ample natural light, and spacious outdoor areas. Additional facilities include a workshop on the ground floor and several hobby rooms in the basement, providing versatile spaces for work and creativity.

The building’s architecture reflects a theme of diversity and vibrancy, with elements that highlight harmonious design and subtle color accents throughout the living spaces. The project includes various unit types, ensuring a mix of living options suitable for different needs. It is characterized by outdoor areas, such as generously sized balconies, and features like cellars that complement the living experience.
