The project includes communal outdoor areas complemented by green spaces and a flower meadow, fostering a community-oriented atmosphere. Additional facilities like underground parking are available, ensuring convenience for residents. The property prohibits pets, maintaining a quiet, serene environment.
The buildings feature high-quality construction with an elaborate focus on insulation and soundproofing measures.
