The project consists of two residential buildings designed for rental purposes, featuring a total of 16 apartments. Each building is strategically positioned to optimize the use of a sloped sunlit location, ensuring ample natural light in the units. The buildings are equipped with barrier-free access, large balconies or terraces, and modern common areas, including landscaped green spaces that invite outdoor activities. Other amenities include underground parking and dedicated cellar spaces for storage.

The apartments come with modern interior finishes such as anhydrite cast flooring, floor-to-ceiling doors, and French windows. Kitchens are fitted with high-quality V-Zug appliances and natural stone surfaces. Each unit includes a bathroom with a shower, and depending on the apartment size, there may be an additional guest WC or a second bathroom equipped with a bathtub. The project incorporates sustainable technologies, such as earth probe heat pumps and photovoltaic systems, contributing to its operational efficiency.
