This project consists of a new residential complex featuring four ownership apartments, designed to accommodate various living preferences. The buildings extend over three levels, integrating harmoniously with the sloping landscape. Apartment types include a 2.5-room unit, two 4.5-room garden apartments, and a 3.5-room penthouse, each thoughtfully designed for optimal space utilization and natural light.
Each apartment includes outdoor spaces that enhance livability. The ground floor units offer garden areas, while the upper levels are complemented by generous balconies that provide ample sunlight throughout the year. Additionally, there are two hobby rooms within the building, providing residents with versatile spaces for recreational activities or storage.
Sustainability is a key focus of the development, with infrastructure for electric mobility and photovoltaic systems installed. The choice of materials reflects a commitment to quality and allows residents the option to personalize their homes according to individual preferences. This approach ensures that each apartment not only serves as a living space but also reflects the personal style of its occupants.
The construction of the apartments is characterized by high-quality materials incorporating advanced building techniques. This includes the use of a Minergie standard, which promotes energy efficiency and comfortable living conditions. Walls are built with increased thickness for enhanced sound insulation, ensuring privacy between units.
Interior finishes include:
- Flooring: 3-layer engineered hardwood with a wear layer suitable for heavy use.
- Kitchens are equipped with V-Zug appliances, including a BORA Pure induction stove, Quooker water tap, and Hansgrohe shower fittings.
- Bathrooms feature modern fixtures and spacious layouts, tailored with durable materials.
Outdoor areas include well-planned private gardens and balconies, facilitating indoor-outdoor living. Each apartment is also designed to maximize natural light through large windows and open layouts, effectively enhancing daily living experiences. The flexibility in design allows for personal touches, making each unit unique to its owner.
