Residential project in Zürich
Architectural Vision
Losinger Marazzi AG
Bernischen Pensionskasse
This project focuses on the development of a residential and commercial building that will feature 193 rental apartments, as well as flexible commercial spaces. The design integrates a generous garden that serves as a communal space, promoting resident interaction and well-being. The overall aim is to provide a modern living environment that aligns with contemporary housing demands while contributing to the sustainable development of the surrounding neighborhood.
The building will have a linear structure oriented to enhance both the urban landscape and the adjoining garden space. It is designed with a wooden and steel facade, part of which includes green elements, thereby reinforcing the project’s commitment to nature and biodiversity. Additional features include various sizes of apartments that cater to different demographics, including compact units that are suitable for single individuals and couples.
The ground floor will include welcoming garden apartments, while the upper levels will house penthouse apartments offering expansive views. Additionally, the ground floor is designed to create an inviting entrance along adjacent streets, providing space for small businesses, co-working, and office facilities. This combination of residential and commercial opportunities aims to foster an active community atmosphere.
