Residential project in Vorstädte

This is a high-rise building project intended to replace an existing structure that has reached the end of its lifecycle. A new, standalone high-rise will offer retail, gastronomy, and office spaces, along with 66 residential units situated on 21 levels. The project is initiated by the Basellandschaftliche Pensionskasse and will include modern living environments in a central location.

Main features of the project will include diverse commercial areas catering to various businesses, and residential accommodations designed to meet contemporary living standards. The building is planned to integrate functionally-driven layouts while providing spaces that accommodate both living and working needs. The construction will begin with the dismantling of the previous structure in early 2026, making way for the new development.
