Residential project in Flims Waldhaus

This project consists of two buildings that include 107 hotel rooms and 28 serviced apartments. The design features large glass facades that provide extensive views of the Flimserstein and integrate the alpine landscape into the living experience. Each apartment offers a selection of 1.5 to 3.5 rooms with well-planned layouts and outdoor areas that enhance the connection to the alpine setting. Every unit is equipped with a private cellar located in the basement, and owners are allocated a parking space in the underground garage at no additional cost during personal use.

The buildings feature a direct ski-out access option and are situated near the cable cars, enabling easy access to skiing and hiking activities. The hotel infrastructure supports the residences by providing services that facilitate a convenient and manageable ownership experience.
