There are six units available, each featuring a significant floor area ranging from 103.3 m² to 171 m² and including multiple room configurations, from three to five and a half rooms. The typical layout emphasizes spaciousness, with most units having generous terrace spaces of up to 316 m², enhancing the living environment with outdoor areas.
Each apartment includes practical elements such as storage areas and washing facilities, primarily featuring vinyl flooring in living spaces for ease of maintenance. Bathrooms are equipped with either baths or showers, ensuring functional amenities for residents. In select units, additional storage is available through features like separate utility rooms. The open-plan designs in the kitchen and living areas foster an inclusive living experience.
Unique features of the project include large tiled terraces that offer outdoor access from the main living areas, promoting a connection with the environment. The overall architectural vision supports modern living standards while providing dynamic use of space, making the units suitable for various tenant needs.
