The layout allows for an inviting exterior space for each apartment, complemented by a shared rooftop garden that serves as an additional recreational area.
Parking facilities include various options such as underground parking spaces. Each apartment features its own washer-dryer unit. The bathrooms are equipped with either a shower or a bathtub, catering to different preferences in living standards. The overall design emphasizes functionality and accessibility, with communal areas enhancing the living environment.

Construction features include high-quality materials such as oak parquet flooring and three-layer insulation for improved soundproofing. The walls are finished with white plaster, and the ceilings are painted in white. Key elements in the kitchens include:
- Electrolux appliances, including an induction cooktop, combination oven/steamer, and dishwasher
- Matt stainless steel sinks and quartz stone countertops
- Kitchen cabinets with a mix of sage and off-white finishes with integrated lighting
Bathroom specifications include:
- Matt brown porcelain tile flooring and cream-colored wall tiles
- Standard ceramic sanitary fixtures
- A white illuminated mirror cabinet and either a bathtub with shower curtain or a shower with a glass partition
Additionally, each unit is equipped with 3-pane insulated windows to optimize energy efficiency.
