Melanor

This project consists of two multi-family buildings featuring a total of twelve ownership apartments ranging from 114 to 167 square meters in size. The layout includes 4.5 and 5.5-room apartments with generous outdoor areas, including balconies and terraces that extend living space outdoors. Each unit is equipped with large cellar spaces, additional usable rooms, assigned bicycle parking areas, and two underground parking spaces per apartment. The buildings emphasize accessibility with an elevator servicing all floors.

The construction utilizes solid building materials designed to minimize energy loss, incorporating well-insulated walls and triple-glazed windows. The apartments benefit from a high standard of thermal comfort, supplemented by a central heat pump system and a photovoltaic array providing a significant portion of the electricity needs. The landscaping includes a diverse garden area featuring native plants which supports local biodiversity, along with seating areas to enhance residents' outdoor experience.
