This project consists of a residential complex comprising twelve units located in a multi-family building. The design includes both functional living spaces and communal areas to foster a sense of community among residents. Each unit features either a balcony or a private outdoor seating area, while dedicated cellar spaces provide additional storage options for residents.

Parking is available with nine dedicated spaces in the underground garage. Common areas are designed for usability, while thoughtfully incorporated green spaces contribute to the overall environment. Each apartment unit is designed to facilitate individual lifestyles, catering to various family sizes and preferences.

Notably, the project has been developed with a robust construction standard that includes features aimed at comfort and accessibility. Each apartment includes a high-efficiency heat pump system powered by geothermal heat, as well as a sizable photovoltaic system on the roof that contributes to the energy supply. A wheelchair-accessible elevator connects all levels of the building, ensuring ease of access for all residents.
