The project features twelve apartments arranged in a multi-family layout with a total of nine parking spaces available in an underground garage. Each apartment includes a balcony or patio, in addition to a cellar space located on the ground floor.

The construction utilizes solid masonry, ensuring durability and a high standard of finishing. Key features include a heat pump with geothermal wells for heating, a photovoltaic system occupying approximately 54 square meters on the flat roof, a wheelchair-accessible elevator serving all floors, and installations of V-Zug appliances such as an oven/combair steamer, ceramic cooktop, extractor hood, dishwasher, and refrigerator.
